The 10th International Conference on Educational Sciences, Psychology, Counseling and Education welcomes researchers, university professors, students, and professionals to submit their scientific papers for review and evaluation.

Accepted papers, after completing the peer-review and final acceptance process, may be considered for publication in the International Journal of New Findings in Health and Educational Sciences (IJHES) in accordance with the journal's publication policies. The conference proceedings will also be submitted for indexing in Civilica.

1. General Requirements

Submitted papers should present original scientific or applied research related to one or more of the conference topics.

The submitted manuscript should not be simultaneously under review or considered for publication by another conference, journal, or publication venue.

2. Recommended Manuscript Structure

Authors are recommended to organize their manuscripts according to the following structure:

The structure of review articles and other types of manuscripts may be adapted according to the nature and methodology of the study.

3. Title

The title should be concise, clear, specific, and accurately reflect the main content of the research.

Authors should avoid excessively long, ambiguous, or general titles.

4. Abstract

The abstract should provide a concise overview of the research and, where applicable, include:

• Research objective

• Research methodology

• Population or sample

• Main findings

• Conclusion

References, tables, figures, and unnecessary details should not be included in the abstract.

5. Keywords

Authors should provide 3–6 keywords that accurately represent the main concepts and subject areas of the paper.

Keywords should be specific and relevant to the content of the manuscript.

6. Tables and Figures

All tables, charts, and figures must have appropriate numbers and titles and should be clearly referred to within the manuscript.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that any copyrighted images, figures, or other materials used in the manuscript are appropriately cited and permitted for publication.

7. References and Citations

All sources cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and all references listed at the end of the paper should be cited in the text where appropriate.

Authors should carefully verify the accuracy and completeness of bibliographic information and avoid citing incomplete or unverifiable sources.

8. Originality and Research Ethics

Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submitted manuscripts.

Manuscripts must not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, or unauthorized use of the work of others.

All sources, data, images, and materials obtained from other researchers or publications must be appropriately acknowledged and cited.

9. Author Information

Complete information for all authors should be provided at the time of submission, including:

• Full name

• Academic position, if applicable

• Field of study or specialization

• Institutional affiliation

• Country

• Email address

• Corresponding author information

The order of authors should be carefully confirmed at the time of submission.

10. Peer-Review Process

After submission, manuscripts will undergo an initial screening to assess their relevance to the conference, basic structure, and compliance with the submission requirements.

Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may be forwarded for scientific peer review.

The review outcome may include acceptance, acceptance subject to revisions, or a request for revision and resubmission.

Authors are expected to address reviewers' comments and submit the revised manuscript within the specified period.

11. Publication in IJHES

Accepted papers may be considered for publication in the:

International Journal of New Findings in Health and Educational Sciences (IJHES)

Publication in the journal is subject to the journal's editorial policies, scope, quality requirements, and final editorial approval.

Acceptance by the conference does not by itself constitute a guarantee of journal publication.

12. Indexing in Civilica

The conference proceedings will be submitted to Civilica for indexing after completion of the conference and the relevant publication procedures.

The availability and status of individual papers in Civilica will be subject to the platform's procedures, requirements, and policies.

13. Manuscript Submission

Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to these guidelines and submit the final version through the submission system or submission channel announced on the official conference website.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors are strongly encouraged to verify the following:

• The paper is relevant to the conference topics.

• All author information is complete and accurate.

• The abstract and keywords are included.

• In-text citations correspond to the reference list.

• Tables and figures are properly numbered and cited.

• Research ethics and originality requirements are observed.
