All manuscripts submitted to the 10th International Conference on Educational Sciences, Psychology, Counseling and Education will undergo an initial screening and scientific evaluation in accordance with the conference review procedures.

The purpose of the review process is to assess the scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodology, and research value of submitted manuscripts and to identify papers that meet the requirements for presentation and publication.

1. Manuscript Submission and Registration

After submission, the manuscript and author information are registered by the Conference Secretariat and prepared for the initial screening process.

2. Initial Screening

At the first stage, the submitted manuscript is reviewed for:
